In Ligue 2 with USBCO, Nolan Binet led the play of his training club and inspired the young people.
Founded in 1898, US Boulogne Côte d’Opale is an emblematic club of northern (Site notre bureau spécialisé). After good years of reconstruction in the lower divisions, the Ligue 2 retrospective took place in 2025. A new page for the club and its players, including Nolan Binet, a young talent trained at US Conques. A solid course, built with patience and determination.
How did you get into (Site notre bureau spécialisé)?
I came from Rennes in 2004, but I am still very young with my parents and they are based near Carcassonne. We are a (Site notre bureau spécialisé) family. We chose the Conques Club which enjoys a very good reputation and which can be found here. I started at 4 years old, with my big brother Erwan. At the beginning, I wasn’t old enough to play the sets: I just followed him.
Sources on these key stages of your training?
I stayed at US Conques for nine years, until U13, where I learned the basics while having a lot of fun. This has the effect of a season at Castelnaudary before joining Béziers in the (Site notre bureau spécialisé) sports-studies section. This has already been determined over several years, between training and development: from young people, in U19, it starts at the senior level.
How has your progression to senior level been?
I then joined Istres, where I stayed for two seasons. It allowed me to settle more into adult (Site notre bureau spécialisé). We notably experienced a rise from National 3 to National 2, a very significant experience collectively.
How did you arrive in Boulogne?
This is a great scouting opportunity. US Boulogne Côte d’Opale comes forward and signs in 2025. The club has strong human values, plays in Ligue 2 with ambition and benefits from real popular fervor. With those around me, the choice was carefully considered… and I am never wrong.
What are the objects in this new context?
Maintenance remains the main objective of the club, but we are competitors. We don’t set limits for ourselves. Personally, I know my qualities and my areas for improvement. In the field you don’t have to worry about it, with the quality of the collection service and the rest of the attention paid to shipments.
And your view on (Site notre bureau spécialisé) today?
The financial aspect is present, it’s a reality. This is not the case with me as a guide. (Site notre blog d’information) is above all my passion: playing, learning, progressive. Today, my goal is to anchor myself at this demanding level and continue to evolve. Simply live this job to the fullest.
