HOMECOMING GAME

A.  At the Elementary School only, there will be a Pep Rally and the High School football players will come down to their school.  The date is Friday, October 6^th. Please have your kid wear their football jersey or cheerleading uniform.

    The kids at the Middle School should wear their football jerseys and cheerleading uniform also on that day.

    We need to show our support to the High School Players.

B.  Homecoming Game is Saturday, October 7^th.   We will again line up on Luzerne Street for the parade to the field.  So please have your child(ren) show up to the Middle School at 11:00 to start organizing the line up.  We will meet towards the front of the Middle School.

    It looks like the Football Boosters will allow the kids to enter the game at no cost and make a tunnel on the field like they have in years past.

    The Board strongly recommends that a parent or guardian stays with their child for this day.  There are too many people and activities for us to watch your child at all times.

NIGHT AT THE RACES (for the Adults)

    A Night At The Races will be held on Friday, October 6^th at the Grove.  Doors open at 7:00 and will start at 7:30.

    It’s a great time for the adults to get together and it is a lot of fun.  There will be food available.  You are welcome to bring your own drinks.

DANCE

    Reminder, this year’s dance is set for Saturday, October 14, 2006 at the Grove.  The times are 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM  There will be good food, drinks, music and glow sticks available for sale.  The dance is open to all children from K through 6^th Grade.  Have your child bring their friends.

    If you are going to bake an item for the bake sale, please email me to let me know.

    You are welcome to stay at the dance with your child.  So if you weren’t called to chaperone, it doesn’t mean you can’t stay.

BANQUET

    This years banquet will be held Saturday, November 18^th at the Aces.  The time is 4:00 – 9:30.

    Please look for the banquet form to purchase tickets and order your child’s year end gift.
